Midwifery management

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

助産業務を実践する専門職者として、その特徴や関係法規、社会保障制度を理解する。
病院や助産所での助産管理や周産期医療体制の実際について学び、助産師としての職能と多職種連携を考える。

To learn about the characteristics of midwifery practices, related regulations, and social security systems as a professional in midwifery practices.
To learn about midwifery management in hospitals and midwifery centers and local perinatal care systems. Then, reflect on the midwifery profession and multidisciplinary collaboration.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

1. 助産管理の必要性、助産業務の関係法規、社会保障制度について理解できる。
2. 病院や助産所での助産業務の管理運営について理解できる。
3. 周産期医療体制を理解し、助産師としての職能と多職種連携を考えることができる。

1. Able to understand the necessity of midwifery management, related regulations on midwifery practices, and social security systems.
2. Able to understand the managementin hospitals and midwifery centers.
3. Able to understand localperinatal care systems and to consider the professional competency of midwives and interprofessional collaboration.
