Nursing practice for adults patients undergoing surgery and intensive care, and their families
概要：成人看護学の講義で学習した看護理論・援助方法を臨地実習場面で実践し，急性期看護に必要な知識，技術，態度を統合的に修得する。
目的：手術療法および集中治療を必要とする患者が抱える健康問題ならびに治療過程において生じるストレス・危機状況にある成人患者およびその家族に対し，人間関係を基盤とした問題解決の系統的アプローチを適用して，成長・発達・適応に向けた看護実践に必要な基本的な知識や技術および能力を養う。
Overview: To practice nursing care based on the nursing theory and methods learned in Adult Nursing, and to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for acute nursing integratedly.
Objectives: To apply a systematic approach to human-relationships-based problem-solving for health problems of patients in need of surgery and intensive care, as well as for adult patients and their families who are experiencing stress and crisis during the course of treatment. To cultivate basic knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for nursing practice for growth, development and adaptation.
1.健康問題に伴うストレス・危機状況にある成人患者を多面的に理解し，看護の問題解決のプロセスの展開ができる。
2.手術を受ける患者が外科的な手術侵襲に伴う変化に対応して，心身の回復や社会生活への適応がはかれるように援助できる。
3.患者および家族が，病状段階に応じた治療法を受け入れ，病気と共生しながらQOLの維持向上をめざして，自己管理と社会生活への適応ができるように援助できる。
4.患者および家族は，それぞれの価値観を持ち，自立・自律した存在であることを尊重し，人間としての尊厳を重んじる態度がとれる。
1. To be able to understand adult patients who are in stress/crisis due to health problems from multiple aspects, and to develop a nursing problem-solving process.
2. To care for patients undergoing surgery to recover their mind and body and adapt to social life in response to changes associated with surgical invasion.
3. To care for patients and their families in accepting treatments according to the condition of diseases, and for self-management and adaptation to social life to maintain and improve QOL while living with diseases.
4. To be able to understand that patients and their families havr their own values, are independent and autonomous, and to have an attitude that respects human dignity.
以下の実習スケジュールで行う。（実習要項に詳細を記すので参照にすること。）
1. 学内演習および見学実習(43時間)
手術療法及び集中治療を受ける患者の日常生活援助に必要な看護技術について演習，文献学習を行う。周術期の看護の実際ならびに患者が受ける治療を理解し病棟実習を効果的なものにするために，手術部および集中治療部で患者の治療・看護の場面に立ち会う見学実習を行う。
2. 病棟実習(90時間)
学生1～2名で周手術期にある患者１名を受け持ち，看護過程を展開する。受け持ち患者が手術部，集中治療部に入室する場合は，学生も患者に同行し看護を実施する。患者を全体的に理解し，適切な問題解決の方向性を見出し援助するために，適時カンファレンスを実施する。
3. 事例検討会(2時間)
病棟実習で受け持った患者への看護プロセスを振り返り，理論的なまとめを行うとともに，急性期看護について考えを深める。

1. Campus and on-the-job training (43 hours)
Exercises and literature study on nursing skills necessary for daily life support for patients undergoing surgery and intensive care. In order to understand the practice of perioperative nursing and the treatments that patients receive, and to make ward training more effective, we will conduct field visits in the operating room and intensive care unit.
2. Training in ward (90 hours)
One or two students take care of one patient in the perioperative period and develop the nursing process. When your patient goes to the operating room or intensive care unit, the student accompanies the patient and performs nursing care there. You can hold timely conferences to gain an overall understanding of the patient and to identify and guide appropriate problem-solving directions.
3. Case study meeting (2 hours)
Review the nursing process for patients in ward training, summarize the theory, and deepen the thinking about acute nursing.
実習スケジュール中の実習内容および参加態度(50%)，課題レポ－ト(50%)を総合的に判断して行う。
We will judge comprehensively the practice contents including attitude toward it (50%), and task reports (50%) throughout all the practice schedules.
受け持ち患者の疾患、治療に関して、予習復習を必ず行い、理解を深めること。ゴードンの11の機能的健康パターンに基づき看護アセスメントできるよう予習しておくこと。
