在宅看護の基本と仕組みの理解
Learning principles and systems for home care nursing
在宅看護をめぐる社会の動向をふまえ、在宅看護の理念、対象、方法の特徴および今日の課題を理解
する。
To understand principle, subject, methodological characteristics and present issue of home care nursing in view of social trends over home care nursing.
1) 在宅看護が必要とされる社会的背景をふまえ、在宅看護の機能、役割を理解する。
2) 疾病や障害を持ち、地域で生活する人と家族の価値を尊重した支援のあり方を理解する。
3) 在宅療養生活の基盤となる保健医療福祉制度とケアマネジメントを理解する。
4) 疾病の段階に応じて医療機関から在宅へ移行する際の支援の実際について学ぶ。
5) 訪問看護提供のしくみと事業所の管理・運営の実際について学ぶ。
1) To understand function and role of home care nursing in view of increasing needs of home care nursing in the society.
2) To understand support persons with disease or disorder living in community and their families while respecting their values.
3) To understand health care and welfare system and care management foundation as a foundation of home care.
4) To learn practical care when shift to homecare from hospitalization according to stage of disease.
5) To learn system to provide visiting nursing, and management and operation of homecare nursing agency.

試験：1月21日（予定）
・成績評価は、試験、レポート・課題、平常点等で総合的に判断する。
定期試験（70％）、レポート（20％）、平常点（10％）
・正当な理由がなく講義出席回数が４分の３以上に達しない場合は、筆記試験の受験資格を認めない。
・レポート・課題の詳細、書式、提出期日、提出方法：後日指定する
・Evaluation will be based comprehensively on attendance, exam and report etc.
・Students skipping 25% of classes without good reason can not take the exam.
・Details of Report will be informed later.
・指定した教科書の該当部分の復習、関連資料の探索、指定図書の購読をしてください。
・レポート課題提出に必要な学習を行ってください。
