Practice of the care for people with mental disorders and their families
精神疾患を有する対象者とその家族を理解し, 看護師として必要な態度を養う。更にケアを検討し実践できる基礎的能力を養う。
Aim and outline; To understand people with mental disorders and their families, and to build a professional attitude as nurses. To develop a basic ability to consider and practice the care.
1． 対象者を生物・心理・社会的側面から捉え, 全人的に理解することができる。
2． 対象者とその家族との関わりを通して，自分自身の感情・思考・行動を客観的に捉えることができる。
3． 対象者とその家族との信頼関係形成に必要な態度やコミュニケーション技術を体験的に学ぶ。
4． 対象者のセルフケア能力をアセスメントし，セルフケアレベルの維持・向上に向けた看護過程の展開ができる。
5． 対象者とその家族へのケアを社会通して,資源の活用，および保健・医療・福祉チームの連携について考えることができる。
6. 対象者とその家族の治療環境や地域生活を理解し、必要な支援について考えることができる
The attainment target;
1. Viewing subjects from the biological/psychological/social aspects, and understanding the whole-patient approach.
2. Objectively assessing feelings/thoughts/behaviors of oneself through communication with subjects and their families.
3. Learning the attitude and skills to build relationship of trust between subjects and their families through hands-on experience.
4. Assessment of self-care abilities of subjects and development of the nursing process to keep/improve the abilities.
5. Considering the use of health resources and cooperation between health care, medical service, and social welfare through the care for subjects and their families.
6. Considering necessary support by understanding the treatment environment and community life of subjects and their families.
1． 実習場所と期間 東北大学病院精神科デイケア, 就労継続支援B型事業所パル三居沢, パルいずみ，就労移行支援事業所アビリティーズジャスコ,訪問看護ステーションデューン仙台（未定）(以上1週間 ),東北大学病院精神科病棟(2週間 )
2． 実習展開
1) 対象者とその家族の地域生活や支援の実際を学ぶ。
2) 病棟実習では対象者1名を学生1～2が受け持ち, 看護過程の展開およびケアを実践する。
3) 対象者との交流を通して, 最も違和感が残った看護場面を取り上げ, その内容を振り返り, 特徴や意味を分析する。（プロセスレコードの記録）
4) 対象者の健康的側面を引き出すためのレクリエーション企画・運営を行う。
5) 実習での学びや看護過程展開の検討をカンファレンス時に行う。
1. Place; day-care in the psychiatric department of Tohoku University Hospital, employment support facility (Pal-Sankyozawa, Pal-Izumi, Abilities-Jusco), home-visit nursing station, psychiatric ward in Tohoku University Hospital
2. Practical works;
1) Learning community life of subjects and their families and practical supports
2) Developing nursing process and practicing care for assigned subjects
3) Analysis of characteristics or meanings of the communication process with subjects that brought a feeling of strangeness (process record)
4)Planning and providing recreation that empowers healthy aspects of subjects
5)Discussion about learning and nursing process in this practice
平常点（35％）,実習態度（35％）,実習記録（30％）を総合的に判断して評価する。
Comprehensive evaluation of attendance, attitude, and reports.
受け持ち患者の疾患、治療に関して、予習復習を必ず行い、理解を深めること。
To review and prepare for the disease and treatment of the patient in charge.
