Practice in pediatric nursing
１．概要
子供と家族の総合的理解と援助過程に，小児看護学で学習した知識・理論および技術を適用し，看護診断と看護援助の実際および小児保健医療チームにおける看護者の役割を体験的に学習する。
２．目的
１）各期の子供の成長発達段階について理解を深め，個々の成長発達段階に応じた看護援助に必要な知識，技術，態度を学ぶ。
２）健康障害が子供および家族に及ぼす影響について学ぶ。
３）病気や障害を持つ子供を個別的に理解し，知識と技術を統合して，根拠に基づいた看護を実践できる能力を養う。
４）小児看護の特徴と小児医療チームにおける看護者の役割と責任について学ぶ。
1.Summary of Class
Practice nursing for children and families based on the knowledge, theory, and skills you have learned.
Experience the process of nursing diagnosis and nursing care for children.
2.Objects
1) Understand the stages of child growth and development, and learn the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for nursing care suited to each stage of growth and development.
2) Learn about the effects of health problems on children and families.
3）Acquire the ability to practice evidence-based nursing through understanding children with illness and disability and integrating knowledge and skills
4) Learn about the characteristics of pediatric nursing and the role and responsibilities of nurses in multidisciplinary healthcare team.

１．病院実習
東北大学病院東・西５階病棟に入院中の子供を受け持ち，１週間実習を行う。病院実習には院内分校見学など病院内関連部門の見学等を含む。
２．保育所実習あるいは観察実習
以下のいずれかの方法で子どもの日常生活を体験的に学ぶ。
①仙台市内の保育所，②動画教材あるいはフィールドワークによる子どもの生活の観察
３．施設実習
医療型障害児入所施設エコー療育園で1日実習をし，子供の療育環境，地域や職種との連携・協働について知見を深める。実習前日にはオリエンテーションと課題学習を行う。
４．学内演習
小児看護に必要な知識，技術およびケアの思考プロセスについて，病院実習前に1週間の演習を行う。子どもの日常生活の観察，子どもの権利遵守における課題のワーク，注射薬作成，子どもへのバイタルサイン測定のシミュレーションを行う。
病院実習と施設実習が終了したのち，カンファレンス，課題学習，個別面接等による実習の総まとめをする（3日間）。
1. Practice in hospital
You will be in charge of a child hospitalized in the Tohoku University Hospital Children's Ward for one week.
2. Practice in nursery
You will learn about children's daily life experientially at a nursery in Sendai City.
3. Practice in rehabilitation center
You will practice in Sendai echo medial and rehabilitation center for one day.
Orientation and preparatory study will be conducted on the day before the practical training.
4. On-campus practice
A one-week exercise in the knowledge, skills, and thought process of care required for pediatric nursing. The course includes observation of the child's daily life, work on issues in compliance with the child's rights, preparation of intravenous medications, and simulation of vital sign measurements for the child.
After the completion of the hospital and facility training, a summary of the training is given through conferences, study assignments, individual interviews, etc. (3 days).
最終的な成績評価は，平常点，実習の活動内容（40％），実習レポート（60％）をもとに総合的に行う。
評価は実習内容と実習レポートにより実習目標の到達度を査定し，出席は総合点からの減点方式をとる。
The final grading will be based on the overall evaluation of the student's performance, which will be based on the student's regular marks, practical training activities (40%), and practical training report (60%).
The evaluation will be based on the level of achievement of the practical training objectives through the content of practical training and practical training reports, and attendance will be deducted from the total points.
小児看護学原論，小児看護方法論，発達心理学などの既習科目の復習，実習に関連した情報等の収集と実習計画の立案を行って学習を深めること。
