Understanding Chronic Illness and Nursing among the Adults
成人期にある人々をとりまく内的・外的環境を多面的にとらえ、理論・エビデンスをもとに対象者に対する看護アプローチを実践する能力を養う。特に、慢性的な経過をたどる健康障害の特徴を理解し，成人期にある人が健康回復，維持するために必要な生活調整および生活の再構築に向けた看護方法について系統的に学ぶ。
The object of this course is to gain a multifaceted view of the internal and external environment surrounding people in adulthood, and to develop the ability to practice nursing approaches to the client based on theory and evidence. In more specific, systematically learn the characteristics of chronic health problems and nursing methods for adjusting and rebuilding the lives of people in adulthood in order to rebuild an/or maintain their health.

2．成人期にある人の看護診断やケアに必要な文化、スピリチュアル、身体・精神・社会的な要因を理解する
3．健康問題を抱える成人を対象とした理論的な看護アプローチを理解できる

5. 慢性的な健康障害によって生活の再構築を必要とする人の看護に必要な知識・技術を修得する。
6．批判的思考を看護診断・臨床推論に用いることができる

実習スケジュール全般として実習内容，実習態度，課題レポ－ト，平常点を含み，総合的に判断して評価する。
学内実習：担当教員(100％)が評価する。
病棟実習：担当教員(50％)および病棟指導者（50％）,計100％で評価する。
Comprehensive evaluation based on learning attitude.
・On-campus training: Evaluated by the teachers (100%).
・Hospital training: Teachers in charge (50%) and hospital mentor (50%), evaluated by a total of 100%
講義中に次回講義までの予習・復習範囲、および適宜学習課題と提出期限を提示するので、各自学習し、課題提出すること。
