授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

生体が様々の異物や病原体の侵入から免れる機構を細胞・分子レベルで理解し、免疫機構が破綻することによって生じる疾患について、その病態を把握する。/To understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms of pathogen self-defense and immune system disorders

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

•免疫に関与する細胞や分子について知識を得、病原体等の異物に対する生体防御とその調節機構を理解できる。
•感染防御免疫やがん免疫などの病気に対する免疫の役割を理解できる。
•アレルギー、自己免疫疾患、免疫不全症などの免疫機構の異常によって生じる疾患について理解できる。
