非鉄製錬業を基盤とした金属資源循環システムの構築

授業の目的・概要及び達成方法等/Object in Class subject and Object and summary of class and Goal of study(J)

非鉄製錬プロセス、特に銅製錬、鉛製錬、亜鉛製錬プロセスの詳細を、基礎となる化学熱力学とともに説明する。金属資源循環を達成する上で重要となる二次資源や廃棄物の処理、製精錬副産物の処理（有価金属の回収等）、環境負荷元素の処理に関するプロセスや課題を説明する。
本授業を受けることで、非鉄製錬に関しての主要プロセスのみでなく、付随する副産物の処理や、二次資源処理や廃棄物の受入れ、貴金属や多種のマイナーメタルの回収、環境負荷元素の濃縮回収や安定固定化等の、金属資源循環システムの根幹にかかわる技術の詳細を俯瞰的に理解することを目的としている。

The lecture explains about non-ferrous smelting processes, particularly copper, lead and zinc smelting processes, with their academic basis such as chemical thermodynamics. The lecture also explains about treatment processes of secondary resources, wastes, smelting by-products (recovery of valuable metals) and toxic elements.
This course aims to understand comprehensively the details of non-ferrous smelting technologies related to the fundamentals of metal resources circular system, in which not only for primary processes and also treatments of by-products, secondary resources and wastes, recovery of precious metals and various minor metals, concentration recovery and stabilizing of toxic elements are included.
