授業の目的と概要/Object and summary of class

The aim of this seminar is to learn the framework of national accounting based on Marxian Labor Theory of Value, accouting of public sector in particular. It is expected that the learning will suggest some problems of the standard System of National Accounts.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

1.To understand the difference between the method of SNA and the one of the accouting of labor theory of value. 2.To have a basic skill of Input-Output analysis. 3.To grasp the expression of a public sector in both methods.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

In every class, the participants report a given part of the textbook and discuss important points.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

Evaluation will be based on ordinary developments in class.
