授業の目的と概要/Object and summary of class

経営学（とくに企業倫理、CSR、企業とNPOの関係論など）の理論構築および方法論に関連して、各自の論文執筆力向上のための指導および助言を行う。受講者全体での討議も行う。

This seminar will instruct and suggest you to write a proper master thesis in regard with building management theories specifically in business ethics, CSR and the relationship between business and non-profits.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

経営学（とくに上記領域）の論文の制作にあたって、その理論構築および方法論の側面について、より分析ないし記述が精緻化されることをめざす。

This seminar aims to enable you to refine your description and analysis of theory building and methodology in preparing your master thesis.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

基本的に研究室開講（対面授業）となりますが、オンライン（zoom）も併用します。詳細は担当教員まで確認してください。

隔週で各自が発表することを基本とする。担当者は、研究構想のスケッチや既存文献のレビュー、調査報告、映像視聴などについて報告を行う。
教科書等はとくに指定しない。

This class requires you to present a piece of your research such as sketching ideas, reviewing the previous research and reporting your research.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

各回の報告内容とディスカッションにおける貢献度に応じて評価する。

発表者は事前の準備、事後の論文へのフィードバックを行うことが期待される。
