演習Ⅰaに引き続き、経営学における理論構築の方法を学ぶ。本演習では、仮説の構築・検証のプロセスを通じた理論構築法の基礎を学び、定量的調査法ならびに定性的調査法の一つである事例研究の方法論を主として概観しながら、経営現象への適用ケースを具体的に検討する。
This seminar will instruct you to learn how to model a management theory and understand the foundation of theory-building through the process of constructing hypothesis and verifying it while mainly overviewing both the quantitative and qualitative research methods such as case study applied for business phenomenon.
定量的ならびに定性的調査の概念と技法について理解し、経営学分野の実証研究を遂行するにあたっての基礎能力の獲得をめざす。
This seminar enables you to understand the basic concepts and approaches of quantitative and qualitative research methods so that you can promote the empirical research in the field of management.
テキストを各章ごとに読み進める。優れた研究事例から学ぶべき点について討議する。

（2）定量的調査の研究事例
（3）ケーススタディの研究事例
※教科書の一つとして指定する『ブラックスワンの経営学』については品切れ重版未定のため電子書籍等をご利用ください。
※基本的に教室開講（対面授業）となりますが、希望者がいればオンライン（zoom）も併用します。
（本学BCPレベル等によりオンラインのみとなる可能性もあります）

We would discuss about the following points in the class: various types of the research method in management, quantitative research cases and case studies.
毎回のディスカッションにおける貢献度や期末レポート等に基づいて評価する。
自主的にテキストの各章を読み、討論すべき論点を提示する必要がある。講義後にノートを見直すことで復習に当ててもらいたい。
使用言語：基本的に日本語
演習Ⅰaを先に受講していなくても構わない。
オフィスアワーは木曜3限（その他、随時）である。
