しばしば「経済史」と呼ばれる社会経済史学の方法について考えます。とくに、経済理論との関係、歴史の見方などについて、集中的に考えたいと思います。
This course intends to analyze the methodology of socio-economic hisrtory, usually called "economic history," relation with economic theories and how to see the history in particular.
次の3点です。
・社会経済史学とはいかなる学問領域かについて、一定の知識を得ること。
・社会経済史学と諸経済理論との関係について、一定の見通しを得ること。
・具体的な社会経済史に対するアプローチについて、一定の理解を得ること。
1. To get the knowledge over the characteristics of socio-economic history as a discipline.
2. To under stand the relation between the socia-economic history and economic theories.
3. To have certain knowledge about the approach to the socio-economic historical facts.
・日本の社会経済史学は、ながらくマルクス派の経済理論と接点を持ちながら展開されてきました。その背景には、この経済理論が「時間」というモメントを重視し、それゆえ社会経済史学をはじめとする歴史学と親和的だったという事情があります。
・ただし、第2次世界大戦後における開発経済学や経済成長論の展開に伴い、いわゆる新古典派の経済理論もまた社会経済史学と接点を持つようになってきました。この授業では、そのような状況に対応し、新古典派経済理論との接点を意識して小田中が執筆したテクストブックを、教科書として用います。そのうえで、教科書の内容を分析することを通じて、先に挙げた到達目標を達成することを図ります。
・授業では、小田中による講義の回と、課題発表＆コメントの回を、交互におこなう予定です。なお詳細は、初回の授業の際に説明します。

講義内容を理解し、課題にとりくむことが、予習と復習を兼ねることになります。
・テクストは、必ず購入するか図書館などで借りて持参してください。コピーを持参したり教科書を持たずに出席したりした場合は、履修放棄とみなします。
・新古典派およびマルクス派の経済理論について初級程度、つまり必要最小限の知識を有していることが必要です。
Basic knowledge of neo-classical economics and of Marxian economics is necessary.
