Strategy and Organization
一小路 武安
本授業は、経営学の教員で担当する講義であり、それぞれの教員の研究分野に関する講義をオムニバス形式で提供する。今日、経営学の分野でどのような研究が行われているかを幅広く紹介するので、この講義を通じて受講者は、自らの研究の視野を広げてほしい。対象は修士学生であるが、学部生、博士課程、他分野の学生に対しても開かれている。
In this omnibus lecture series on strategy and organization, eight professors of different specialties deliver various themes. By introducing up-to-date academic development in each sub-field of business management, students would have a chance to broaden their perspectives when selecting and conducting their research projects. This course is designed initially for master course students, but we also welcome undergraduate students, students of the Ph.D. course, and other majors.
経営学関連の研究について、広く知識を得ること。
レポート作成を通じて、それぞれの分野についての理解を深めつつ、研究論文の書き方を学ぶこと。
You should understand the wide range of concurrent research developments in a business management field by the end of this course. You are required to write and submit a report for eight different sub-themes, which would help to enhance your understanding and achievement.
授業内容、日程については下記の通りであり、原則として対面講義で行う（一部オンライン講義も併用する）。
