This course is designed to introduce students to theories of corporate finance, financial intermediation, and financial markets, with an emphasis on the impact of financial frictions on macroeconomic outcomes.
Students will understand a theoretical treatment of major topics in corporate finance, financial intermediation, and financial markets.
