この授業では、ファイナンス理論の主要な分野のひとつである財務管理（コーポレートファイナンス）の基礎を紹介する。財務管理における投資プロジェクトの意思決定，資金調達と資本構成，ペイアウト政策などに関する基本的な考え方について説明する。
This course introduces basic to corporate finance theory, which is one of the important research areas of theory of finance. This course demonstrates basic concepts on corporate investment decisions, financing and capital structure, dividend policy in corporate finance theory.
財務管理の基本的な考え方を学ぶ。
