・ 社会保障・社会福祉制度（公的年金，介護保険，医療保険，生活保護，児童福祉，保育所問題など）について学習する．
・ 社会保障・福祉政策の課題について，労働経済学や家族の経済学の視点から学ぶ．
This course focuses on the social security system and public finance.
Current policy issues in Japan (for example, social security reform, health care reform,
income tax reform, etc.) are also discussed.
・日本における社会保障・社会福祉制度について理解すること
・計量データを使った実証分析の論文を理解すること
・現在の日本の抱えている状況と社会保障・福祉制度との係わり合いを学習し，政策評価・提言ができること．その際諸外国の社会保障・社会福祉制度との違いを検討する
・応用実証分析（計量経済学の基礎）や家族の経済学、教育経済学なども時間があったら扱いたい
We study the role of the government in the economy and why government
intervention is needed.
Also, you can understand Japanese social security system and discuss not only system itself
but also argue the pros and cons of the system.
First, I introduce general topics of welfare economics (for example, the reasons for
government intervention in the economy and social insurance). Next, I talk about special
topics of social security, especially in Japan. would also like to talk about family economics and
education economics. .We also study applied empirical economics

社会保険、公的年金、医療経済学、介護保険，家族の経済学（親子関係、貯蓄行動、遺産など） 、公的扶助，貧困，失業，社会保障・社会福祉と労働経済学、子育て支援，家族の経済学（結婚，出産，育児，女性就労など）、行動経済学と社会福祉・社会保障、日本や世界の将来と社会保障・社会福祉，総復習
授業を行う順序は、適宜変更される。また進度によっては扱えないトピックスもある。

社会保障・社会福祉について学ぶときには，現在の仕組みを学習するだけでなく，制度の問題点，改正のポイントについても学習することが必要である．制度を丸暗記することが中心ではなくて制度の背景にある利点，問題点を「経済学」を用いて説明することが中心である．また，授業に参加するだけでなく，新聞，雑誌，テレビ，インターネットから積極的に情報を集めることも必要である．

・ミクロ経済学、マクロ経済学、計量経済学の基本的な知識があることが望ましい
教科書参考書は指定のものはないが授業1回目に紹介する．
・け授業内配布プリントに沿って学習する．
・プリントの配布はつねにグループウェアを用いる．
