大学教授法開発論
Teaching Development in Higher Education
この授業では、日本の大学・高等教育機関で教員を目指す本学大学院学生が、現代日本の大学教育・高等教育で求められる基礎的知識を習得し、自分自身で授業を分析・設計・開発・実施・評価する自己省察力を身につけることを目的とする。
The purpose of this class is twofold.
The first is to provide graduate students of our university who wish to become teachers in Japanese universities and higher education institutions with the basic knowledge required in modern Japanese university education and higher education.
The second is for the students to acquire self-reflection skills to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate their own classes.
・日本の大学・高等教育の現状を理解し、説明することができる。
・学生主体型の授業を設計することができる。
・学生と教員の双方にとって効果的かつ効率的な授業となるべく、自身の授業を分析・設計・開発・実施する自己省察力を習得する。
・学んだ知識を踏まえてシラバス・クラスデザインを作成し、模擬授業を実施することができる。
・他の受講生に建設的なフィードバック・評価を行うことができる。
・専門領域が異なる受講生とコミュニケーションをとり、相互理解を深め、良好な学びの空間を作るよう努力する。
・研究活動と同様に、教育活動も探求し続ける姿勢を身につけ、実践することができる。

（１）基本的な点
・本授業の履修に際して、事前の知識や経験（大学での教育経験やTA経験等）の有無は問いません。大学や高等教育機関の教員となり、教育活動に従事することを目指す本学大学院学生（博士後期課程）の積極的な履修を期待しています。
・本授業科目はクォーター科目です。履修するにあたってはその点、ご注意ください。
・この授業は皆さんの授業に対する積極的な姿勢を前提としています。したがって、基本的にすべての授業回の参加（出席）を原則とし、各種課題やレポートについても全ての提出を基本としています。また模擬授業（2回）も必須としており、1回でも無断での未実施があった場合や、2回とも実施がかなわない場合は、単位修得を認めませんのであらかじめご了解ください。
・本授業は、オンライン（第1〜5回）と対面（第6〜8回）での授業運営を計画しています。現時点ではオンデマンドでの提供は考えていません。これは本授業が、専門領域の異なる受講者間でのインタラクティヴなコミュケーションによる「気づき」に重点を置いているためです。
・なお新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況次第では、授業運営計画に変更が生じる場合があります。
（２）受講者数と履修登録・受講決定方法
・本授業では、受講者数の定員を20名としています。そのため受講希望者が定員を超過する場合は選考を実施します。
・受講を希望される方は、必ず2024年9月28日23:59までに大学教育支援センターのウェブサイト（https://www.ihe.tohoku.ac.jp/CPD/）にアクセスし、登録フォームへの入力を行ってください。
・履修希望者が定員（20名）を超える場合に限り選考を行います。選考基準は登録フォーム入力項目のうち、選考にかかわる項目の記述で判断します（フォーム上で明示）。なお年次や所属研究科等のバランスを考慮する可能性があります。
・選考結果または履修確定の通知は、9月30日までに登録フォームに登録されたEメールアドレス宛に連絡します。

2) About the course
(1) Basic points
・There is no need to have any prior knowledge or experience (such as teaching or TA experience at a university) to take this class.
This class is a quarter course, so please be aware of this when taking this course.
This class is based on your positive attitude toward the class. Therefore, in principle, you are expected to attend all class sessions and submit all assignments and reports. In addition, two micro-teachings are required, and if you fail to attend even one class without permission, or fail to attend both classes, you will not receive credit.
This class is planned to be taught online (1st-5th) and face-to-face (6th-8th). We are not planning to offer the class on-demand at this time. This is because this class focuses on "awareness" through interactive communication among participants with different areas of expertise.
The class schedule may be changed depending on the situation of the new coronavirus infection.
(2) Number of students and method of registration and course selection
The maximum number of students in this class is 24.

If the number of applicants exceeds the limit (24), the class will be selected. The selection criteria will be based on the items on the registration form that are relevant to the selection process. Applicants will be judged comprehensively on the basis of conciseness, clarity, and logic. In addition, there is a possibility that the balance of the year and the graduate school to which the applicant belongs will be taken into consideration.
The results of the selection will be sent to the e-mail address registered on the registration form by September 30.
