情報通信技術を活用した教育の理論及び方法
教育方法の原理と理論、指導技術について考察する。そして、様々な授業や教育実践の例に触れ、これからの子どもに求められる資質・能力を育成するための教育方法を理解し、適切な指導技術を身に着けられるように体験的な活動を行う。なお、これらの教育方法や指導技術などには、情報通信技術の効果的な活用と情報活用能力（情報モラルを含む。）の育成を含んでいる。
（１） 学校における情報通信技術の活用の意義と理論、及び、情報通信技術を効果的に活用した学習指導や校務の推進の在り方について理解する。
（２） 児童及び生徒に情報活用能力（情報モラルを含む。）を育成するための基礎的な指導法を身に付ける。
第１回：学校におけるICT環境の整備の在り方、学習者に情報通信機器の基本的な知識・操作を身に付けさせるための指導法を身に付ける。
Learn how to improve the ICT environment in schools and how to teach learners to acquire basic knowledge and operation of information communication equipment.
第２回：個別最適な学びと協働的な学びの実現や、主体的・対話的で深い学びの実現に向けた授業改善の必要性など、情報通信技術の活用の意義と在り方を理解する。
Students will understand the significance and nature of the use of information and communication technology, such as the need to improve classes to achieve individualized and collaborative learning, and to achieve proactive, interactive, and deep learning.
第３回：育成を目指す資質・能力や学習場面に応じた情報通信技術を効果的に活用した指導事例（デジタル教材の作成・利用を含む。）を理解し、基礎的な指導法を身に付ける。
Acquire basic teaching methods by understanding teaching examples (including the creation and use of digital teaching materials) that effectively utilize information and communication technology according to the qualities and abilities to be developed and learning situations.
第４回：遠隔・オンライン教育の意義や関連するシステムの使用法を理解する。
Understand the significance of distance and online education and how to use related systems.
第５回：情報活用能力（情報モラルを含む。）について、各教科等の特性に応じた指導事例を理解し、基礎的な指導法を身に付ける。
Understand information usage skills (including information ethics) by understanding teaching examples according to the characteristics of each subject, etc., and acquire basic teaching methods.
第６回：各教科、道徳、特別活動、総合的な学習の時間において、横断的に育成する情報活用能力（情報モラルを含む。）について、その内容を理解する。
第７回：学習履歴（スタディ・ログ）など教育データを活用して指導や学習評価に活用することや教育情報セキュリティの重要性について理解する。さらに、統合型校務支援システムを含む情報通信技術を効果的に活用した校務の推進について理解する。
Understand the contents of information utilization skills (including information morals) that are developed across subjects in each subject, morality, special activities, and comprehensive study time.
第８回：特別の支援を必要とする児童及び生徒に対する情報通信技術の活用の意義と活用に当たっての留意点を理解する。また、ICT支援員などの外部人材や大学等の外部機関との連携の在り方を理解する。
To understand the significance of using ICT for children and students who need special support and the points to keep in mind when using it. Also, understand how to collaborate with external human resources such as ICT support staff and external organizations such as universities.
毎回の授業内課題の実施状況（５０％）、レポートや課題など（５０％）
日々の生活や学習活動においてICTを活用してください．このとき，原理や仕組みなどについて仮説を立ててみてください．教育におけるICT活用では，日常を通じてICTを理解することが，教材研究及び自身のICT理解につながります．
