授業時間外学修/Preparation and Review

The more you engage with English, the more your English ability will increase. Therefore, we encourage you to watch as many EnglishCentral videos as possible and explore subjects of your interest. We also recommend that you review the videos you already watched. In particular, if you used subtitles to understand a video the first time, try to watch it again without relying on the subtitles. Also, try to make your discussion with the AI as in-depth as possible.

その他/In Addition

Please buy an access card for EnglishCentral at the Co-op shop. Do NOT register on the EnglishCentral homepage in advance. Follow the orientation instructions.

You have exactly one week to complete the assignments. Do not wait until the last minute because the system will automatically turn off the assignments at the designated time. You must turn in the assignments on time.

About Reading Activity
→You may change your answers but do not guess randomly. Making too many wrong guesses can reduce your score.

About Writing Activity
→You may save your work at any time, but you cannot “submit” until you have passed all of the goals (i.e., word count, length of sentence, vocabulary variety, using key vocabulary).
→You may not submit past the deadline. If you fail to submit by the deadline, your score for that assignment will be 0 points. Therefore, we recommend that you do NOT wait until the last minute to do your assignment!
→We will check whether or not your response is very similar to other students’. If your response is too similar, we will reduce your grade. Therefore, do NOT complete the assignment together with a friend and do NOT simply copy from generative AI websites such as ChatGPT (it will give classmates a very similar response and you will be found to have copied).

The announcement of this course will be made on Google Classroom.
