Study Abroad Program -Online （Japanese)
海外研修プログラムに共通する目標は、語学力だけでなく、コミュニケーション能力やチャレンジ精神、積極性、行動力を身につけること、また学内で身につけた専門性を基に、それまでの学習成果を確認し、課題を見つけることにある。
オンライン研修をより充実させ、目標を達成するために、オンライン研修前に学内で実施する研修に参加し、目的意識を明確にする。オンライン研修後は、報告会に参加することによって、研修成果を学業生活にどのように生かしていくのかについて、参加者と共に考える機会を持つ。
The goal shared with the overseas training program is to not only improve language ability but also to develop communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to take action. It is also to, based on the specialties learned at university, confirm the results of your studies up to that point, and discover new issues. To further enrich your field training and achieve your goals, students will participate in hands-on training on campus before participating in online program and will learn about adjusting to different cultures. After attending the online program, there will be a session to report on your experiences which will serve as an opportunity to think among the participants about how the fruits of the training could be utilized in academic life.
１．自己の言語運用力について認識し、高めていく方法について考える。To be aware of your own language operating ability, and to think about methods to improve it.
２．異文化体験により、異文化への理解や寛容性と共に、自文化の理解を深める。Through experiencing different cultures, deepen your knowledge of your own culture as well as your understanding and tolerance of differing cultures.
３．未知のことに挑戦し、積極的に行動する力を養う。To challenge the unknown and cultivate the ability to act.
本プログラムは単位取得のための「全学教育科目展開科目-国際教育科目」の正規科目である。原則として、以下の全ての研修に参加し、期日までに課題を提出することを単位修得の条件とする。This program is a regular subject of ‘General studies subject development subject-International education subject’ to acquire credit.
１） 事前研修（目標設定＆参加者交流など）Preliminary training (setting a goal& exchanges among the students).
２） オンラインでの研修 Online training
３） 学びシート（事前・事後に各１回）Learning sheet (once both before and after).
４） 事後報告会 Report Session
※ 事前研修及び報告会には必ず参加すること。他の授業、授業に関わる合宿（サークル活動に関する合宿、授業やゼミでも親睦を深める目的の行事を理由とする欠席は認められない）、研修等の理由でやむを得ず欠席しなければならない場合は、事前に「欠席理由届」を提出すること。Participation in the preliminary training and report session is a must. In cases when it is impossible to attend for reasons involving other classes, or the training camp involved with classes (absences due to training camps connected to club activities and activities to promote friendship even within classes and seminars will not be accepted), it is necessary to submit the ‘absence explanation form’ beforehand.
プログラム担当教員が欠席理由を認める場合に限り、代わりに課題を出す。Should the program advisor accept the reason for the absence, an alternative assignment will be given.
以下の3つの項目を評価対象とする。The following three items will be the basis of grading.
１）事前研修＆事後報告会（出席率・参加態度・課題提出）（20％）Preliminary training & report session (attendance, participation attitude, submission of assignments, the TOEFL/IELTS test, experiencing cross-cultural communication, etc.
２）オンライン研修の成績（75％）Grades of online training.
３）学びシート (5%) Learning sheet.

Working on the assignments during the preliminary training, preparing materials for presentations, practicing for presentations, etc., preparation for the report session.

事前研修・事後研修の主要言語は日本語とするが、現地研修では研修内容に応じた学習言語を使用する。
Pre and Post sessions will be in Japanese, but the onsite training will be the language you will be learning.
