Life Science A
細胞は生命の基本単位である。本講義では、分子生物学、細胞生物学の基本概念を解説する。タンパク質の構造と機能、DNAの複製と遺伝、ゲノムの構造と遺伝子発現、細胞内小器官、膜輸送、細胞のシグナル伝達、細胞骨格と運動、細胞周期と分裂、細胞社会と癌、動物発生などについて分子的なしくみを理解することを目的とする。
Cells are the fundamental units of life. This course explains the basic concepts of molecular and cellular biology, including structures and functions of proteins, DNA replication and genetic mechanisms, genome structure and gene expression, organelles and membrane transport, cell signaling, cytoskeletons, cell cycle, cell communications, cancer and animal development.
タンパク質の構造と機能、DNAの複製と遺伝、ゲノムの構造と遺伝子発現、細胞内小器官、膜輸送、細胞のシグナル伝達、細胞骨格と運動、細胞周期と分裂、細胞社会と癌、動物発生など、分子生物学、細胞生物学の基本概念を理解することを到達目標とする。
The purpose of this course is to help students understand the basic concepts of molecular and cellular biology, including structures and functions of proteins, DNA replication and genetic mechanisms, genome structure and gene expression, organelles and membrane transport, cell signaling, cytoskeletons, cell cycle, cell communications, cancer and animal development.
