授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

熱に関する物理の理解を深めることを目的とします。熱力学に関する概念や法則を理解し、全体のなかでの位置づけと相互関係を把握し、専門科目で履修できる統計力学、量子力学、固体物性学の理解に役立つものとします。

This lecture aims to deepen the understanding of the physics about heat (thermodynamics). Students are expected to understand the concepts and the laws of thermodynamics. This lecture would be useful for the understanding of statistical mechanics, quantum mechanics, and solid state physics in specialized subjects.

熱力学について理解し、物理的な見方・考え方が身につくことを目指します。

With the understanding of thermodynamics, the students are expected to acquire the ability to think from a viewpoint of physics.
