Educational counseling / student guidance II (including career guidance)
教育現場で教師やカウンセラーが出会い，対応を迫られる生徒の悩みや問題行動はどのようなものか，それらをどのように理解して生徒を援助し，生徒が自らの将来ビジョンを形作っていくことを支援していくかについて，基本的枠組みと理論・技法や姿勢を紹介・解説する。また, 生徒の様々な状況に即した,教育相談,生徒指導,進路指導及びキャリア教育の在り方,進め方について概説する。
Teachers and counselors meet in the field of education and are forced to deal with the problems and problem behaviors of students. I will introduce and explain the basic framework, theory, technique, and attitude to understand them, support students, and shape their own vision for the future. In addition, I will outline the ideal way and how to proceed with educational counseling, student guidance, career guidance and career education according to various situations of students.
・生徒の成長・発達の課題と危機の実際を把握し,教育相談,生徒指導,進路指導及びキャリア教育の意義と原理を理解する。
・教育相談において有用な態度・姿勢と技法の基本事項（心理カウンセリングの基本的アプローチを含む）を理解するとともに,学校の教育活動のなかで生徒を支援するための基本的な知識・技法（他職種との連携を含む）を学ぶ。
・生徒の抱える生徒指導上の多様な課題を把握し,教育課程上の様々な機会を利用して個別に,または集団の場でそれらに対応する方法（チームとしての対応を含む）を学ぶ。
・生徒のキャリア形成に関わる今日的課題を理解し,キャリア形成に資する進路指導およびキャリア教育の在り方(ガイダンスとしての指導,カウンセリングとしての指導,家庭や関係機関との連携を含む)を学ぶ。
・ Understand the issues and crises of student growth and development, and understand the significance and principles of educational counseling, student guidance, career guidance, and career education.
・ Understand the basics of attitudes / attitudes and techniques that are useful in educational counseling (including the basic approach of psychological counseling), and the basic knowledge / techniques (including collaboration with other occupations) to support students in school educational activities.
・ Understand the various issues faced by students in student guidance and learn how to respond to them individually or in groups (including team response) by taking advantage of various opportunities in the curriculum.
・ Understand today's issues related to student career development, and learn career guidance and career education that contribute to career development (including guidance as counseling, and collaboration with homes and related organizations).
