地球と生命の物質科学/Material Science of Earth and life
太陽系を構成する物質の中での地球物質の位置付け、地球の内部を構成する物質の違い、現在の地球の構造・テクトニクスとダイナミクスを学ぶ
To learn basic knowledge of the materials in the solar system, including the structure, tectonics, and dynamics of the Earth
地球科学系の学生は、今後の専門科目の学習に必要な基礎知識を系統的に学ぶ。それ以外の学生は、太陽系における地球の位置付けや生命の起源、地球の運動など我々の暮らす地球に対する教養を深める。
Department of Earth Science students are expected to obtain systematic basic knowledge for further specialized studies. Other students will learn the Earth’s history, including the origin of life and global dynamics, to extend their understanding of our planet.
・授業内容
(1) 太陽系を作る鉱物 Minerals in the solar system
(2) 太陽系を作る有機物と揮発性物質 Volatiles and organics in the solar system
(3) 地球の集積と大気・海洋・大陸の形成 Accretion of the earth and the formation of an ocean and continents
(4) 有機物の生成と生命の誕生 Formation of organic compounds and the origin of life
(5) 続成作用と石油・石炭の生成、中間試験 Diagenesis and the formation of oil and coal
(6) 地球の内部構造 Structure of Earth’s interior
(7) プレートテクトニクスとウィルソンサイクル Plate tectonics and Wilson cycle
(8) リソスフェアとアセノスフェア Lithosphere and Asthenosphere
(9) プレート境界とプレートテクトニクス Plate boundary and plate tectonics
(10) 超大陸とウィルソンサイクル Supercontinent and Wilson cycle
