日本国憲法概論
Introduction to the Japanese Constitutional Law
憲法学の体系は、憲法総論・人権論・統治機構論の3つで構成される。本授業では、この憲法学の体系に沿う形で、日本国憲法についての全般的な知識や考え方を学ぶ。
This course provides students with basic knowledge of the Japanese Constitutional Law.
日本国憲法についての全般的な知識や考え方を修得することが目標となる。
The main purpose of this course is for students to gain basic knowledge of the Japanese Constitutional Law.
