Technological Progress and Changes in Politics, Economy and Society in the Digital Age.
第4次産業革命の到来・Digital Transformation(DX)・Artificial Intellence(AI)・Robot技術等が日常化している。技術の進展は働き方、仕事の代替＝失業、政府や自治体行政の自動化、戦争、芸術創作、選挙・政党・政策決定、民主主義、人間と機械の関係、人間の役割にも大きな変化をもたらしている。
本講義では、デジタル時代の政治・経済・社会の変化を理解し、その変化を読み解く概念・理論・実践的な戦略を身につけることが目標です。技術の話しはしない。新しい技術の影響、技術を利活用した政治・社会問題の解決、人間と技術の共存に焦点を当てる。
The advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Digital Transformation (DX), Artificial Intellence (AI), and robot technology have become commonplace. Technological progress has brought about major changes in work styles, job substitution = unemployment, automation of government and municipal administration, wars, artistic creation, election, political party and policy making, democracy, the relationship between humans and machines, and the role of humans.

3.政治システム・社会システム・経済システムの理解とその変化を読み解く実践力を学習する。

最近、経済・社会分野でも今後の導入計画が議論されています。SNS・Youtube ・TV・新聞等メディアの情報・記事を読んで、関連知識や実態を学習してください。
In 2024, the U.S. presidential election will be held, so there will be more opportunities for digital technology and AI to be utilized in the electoral and political fields. Recently, future introduction plans in the economic and social fields have been discussed. Please read information and articles from media such as SNS, Youtube, TV, and newspapers to learn related knowledge and the actual situation.
専門知識や実際に政治・社会・経済的に争点となっている現象を学習しますので、授業中に検索も必要です。PCやスマホを持ち込むことを勧めています。
You will learn specialized knowledge and phenomena that are actually at issue politically, socially, and economically, so you will also need to search during the class. We recommend bringing in a PC or mobile phone.
