教育についてモノ申すための教育制度論／Understanding the Education System to Speak out on Education
現代社会において教育についてモノ申すことは、すなわち教育制度についてモノ申すに等しい。社会的に営まれている今日の教育は、さまざまな制度によって枠づけられ、支えられているからである。教育改革が教育制度改革として構想され、実施されるのもそのためである。したがって、教育について、単なる不平不満や願望の吐露ではなく、意味のあるレベルでモノ申すためには、教育制度に関する知識、識見が必要不可欠である。本授業はそうした知識、識見の習得を目的とし、教育に関する諸制度についての講義及び討議を行う。／
It is essential to understand that when we speak about education, we essentially talk about the educational system. This is because today's education is operated socially and depends on various systems for support. Educational reform is therefore planned and implemented as a reform of the educational system itself. Engaging in meaningful discussions about education is crucial to have knowledge and insight into the education system rather than just expressing desires or complaints. This class aims to provide students with such knowledge and understanding. The class will cover lectures and discussions on various systems related to education.
Please note that this course will be taught in Japanese.
本授業は以下の３点を達成目標とする。
目標１：教育が社会的に営まれる上での教育制度の意義について理解する。
目標２：教育に関わる諸制度の概要を理解する。
目標３：教育制度をめぐる論点を見極め、主体的に考察できるようになる。／
This class has three main objectives:
1. To comprehend the importance of the educational system in the social function of education.
2. To gain knowledge of the different systems associated with education.
3. To recognise the challenges related to the education system and analyse them independently.

・授業への参加状況（30%）：授業中の発言や課題への取り組みによる。
・期末レポート（70%）
The evaluation of the achievement of learning objectives will be based on two factors: class participation (30%) and final report (70%).
各回で扱う章を授業までに読み、指示に従い講読メモを作成し、討議の準備を行っておくこと。／
Before each class, students are expected to read the assigned chapters, take notes, and prepare for discussion.

・授業に関する諸連絡や課題の提示、提出等はGoogle Classroomを使用する。そのため、受講開始までに必ず本授業のClassroomに生徒登録しておくこと。
・予習復習に使用するため、教科書は各自で事前に必ず入手しておくこと。
・参考書の入手については任意。ただし手元にあればきっと便利だと思われる。

・Covid-19の感染拡大状況によりオンラインでの授業実施となる場合には、改めて受講方法等についての連絡を行う。／
