先端有機化学/Advanced Organic Chemistry I

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

重要な生理機能を担うタンパク質（受容体やイオンチャンネル、酵素など）に特異的に作用し、機能制御する生物活性分子の精密化学合成と高機能化は、生命科学研究において重要な課題である。
/Synthesis and modification of biologically active compounds are important research areas in life science.

本講義では、有機金属化学、および有機反応化学に関して、生物活性分子の合成に不可欠な基礎事項を中心に概説する。
/Organometalic Chemistry, organic reaction mechanism, and synthetic methods for construction of carbon frameworks are described.

学修の到達目標/Goal of Study

現代有機化学全般の枠組みを系統的に理解する。
/This course is designed to help students understand fundamental topics of advanced organic chemistry.

第１〜３回：有機典型元素化学
第４〜６回：有機遷移金属錯体の構造、結合および反応
第７〜９回：有機化学反応I
第10〜12回：有機化学反応II
第13〜15回：骨格形成反応I
第16回：期末試験
/Day 1-3: Main group organometallic chemistry
Day 4-6: Transition metal organometallic chemistry
Day 7-9: Organic Reactions I
Day 10-12: Organic Reactions II
Day 13-15: Synthetic methods for construction of carbon frameworks
Day 16: Final exam.

成績評価方法/Evaluation Method

期末試験によって評価する。
/Students are evaluated based on their scores in the final exam.
