先進脳科学講義Ⅳ
Advanced Brain Science Lecture IV
主に、博士後期課程から国際共同大学院プログラム「生命科学（脳科学）」（略称：Neuro Global Program）履修生となったものを対象とする。世界最先端の研究を進める講師が脳科学関連の講義を行う。詳細は変更される可能性はあるが、２日間で計～6コマ分（通常授業7.5回分）程度の集中講義を行い、1単位とする。
Those who has started NGP from the Ph.D. course are suggested to take this "Advanced" course. This course is aimed to train NGP students with basics and applications of the latest neuroscience. Lecturer will be invited to give intensive course lasting approximately 2 days and 1 unit will be rewarded.
世界最先端の研究を進める研究者による脳科学関連の講義。NGP履修生は、修了するにあたって、これまでの脳科学研究の教科書的な知識を身につけるだけでなく、最新の革新的成果を知っていることが求められ、また、最新の知識の自身の研究に活かす術を学んでいることが期待される。本講義を受講することで、今後、脳科学の各専門分野に邁進することを目標とする。
Researchers of cutting edge brain science will give intensive lectures. Upon graduation, NGP students are expected to have not only fundamental brain science knowledge but also to have the experience of using the latest scientific findings in their own research. NGP students will aim to use the knowledge gained in this lecture to excel in their own specific research area.
開催日程は、随時、NGPホームページ等を通して公開される。過去の年度に収録した講義を、ISTUを介して公開し、インターネット授業とする可能性もある。
なお、本年度の開講は未定。万が一、本講義が開講されずとも、修了要件に満たないことがないように、計画的に履修届を提出してください。

Whether this lecture will actually be held this year is still undecided. Please be prepared if by chance this lecture is not provided. Please plan your courses well so as to be qualified for graduation.
講義の講師、および、担当教員によって採点・評価が行われる。出席状況、議論への参加、課題への取り組み、レポート内容などが採点され、総合的に判断される。
Lecturers and the designated instructor of Tohoku University will evaluate. Students' attendance to the class, participation to discussions, and quality of presentation, and the final report will be rated.

本年度、開講未定のため、年度初の時点で履修届を出さなくて構わない。実際に開講された際には、担当教員の判断により、講義への出席を確認するとともに、レポート等を採点し、成績が出た時点で、NGP事務局および教務係の手続きを経て、本科目の履修が登録される。
As whether this lecture will actually be held this year or not is still undecided, registering for this lecture at the start of the fiscal year is not needed. When this lecture is actually held, the designated lecturer will likely check the attendance of each NGP students to the lectures, verify their report, and submit the evaluation to the NGP office and the educational affairs office. This lecture will be registered upon acceptance of this evaluation.
