授業テーマ/Class Subject

［目的］生命化学領域の研究に必要な実験について、基本的な原理と技術を習得する。また、卒業論文実験に取り組むための応用力を養う。
［概要］・実験は全学生が個別に行う。
・基礎実験（化学分析）、油脂化学実験、糖化学実験、タンパク質化学実験、の各テーマについて各実験を順に行う。
Students learn principles and techniques of Biological Chemistry Experiments, and also learn how to apply these principles and techniques to the experiments for thesis next year.
Students perform the experiments individually.
Students perform basic experiments (analytical chemistry), lipids chemistry experiments, carbohydrate chemistry experiments, and protein chemistry experiments in this order.

Oil chemistry experiments :measurement of oil characteristic numbers, GC analysis of fatty acids, quantitation of crude fat, extraction and analysis of lipids

事前に配布される実験書および参考図書にて充分に予習する。
Students are required to prepare for the assigned part of the designated experimental textbook and reference books.
