Understanding basic philosophy of agricultural education in high school,and theory of“Project Based Learning”and its practice

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

グローバル化のなかで，価値観が多様化し，SDGs，生物多様性や自然環境の保全など，循環型社会への転換が叫ばれるなかで，農業の多面的機能と教育力が評価され，農業教育への関心が高まっている。
本講義では，高等学校農業科教育への情熱と使命感を持ち，専門的な識見と実践力を備えた農業科教員の育成を目的に，新しい高等学校学習指導要領を基に，農業学習の特性や農業学習に必要な基礎的知識と技術，指導方法や学習の進め方などについて，プロジェクト学習指導法の理論と実践を中心に説明する。
From a global point of view, multiple functions and educational potential of agriculture are highly evaluated. Therefore, there is a great concern for agricultural education these days.
The purposes of this lecture are to develop professional insights and to be a person of action.
The goals of this lecture are to develop basic agricultural knowledge and skills, teaching method and progress of learning, especially based on the practice and the theory of“Project based Learning”.

学習の到達目標/Goal of Study

農業科教育の基本理念と視点，“Learning by Doing”を学び，新しい高等学校学習指導要領を基に，農業教育の役割とその目標や学習内容，特にプロジェクト学習指導法の理論について理解を深めるとともに，農業学習に必要な基礎的知識と技術を身につけて，農業科教育の教材研究への活用ができるようになる。
This course is based on new curriculum guideline in high school. Students will understand what“Learning by Doing”and“Project based Learning”are, will develop basic agricultural knowledge and skills, and will make agricultural teaching materials effective use.

Idea and vision of agricultural education (principles and desired type of person)

成績評価方法/Record and Evaluation Method

毎回の課題提出による知識の理解と習得の度合い，出席状況とディベートなどによって評価する。
Submitted reports each time, class attendance and discussion are evaluated.
