Reading of original English articles on applied animal science
乳・食肉・鶏卵、栄養、生殖、微生物に関する基盤的な英文図書および英文原著論文を読み、情報を得る意欲を引き出す。そのために英文の翻訳に比重をおく授業を行う。
To read and understand the basic research articles on the meat, eggs, nutrition, reproduction, and microorganisms,this course focuses on reading and translation of the scientific original articles.
