持続可能な農業経営の発展方策について学ぶ
Learning the direction of susutainable development of farm management.

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

農業を経営するとはどういうことか、また、経営を行っていくためにはどのようなことが大切かについて、理論と実践の両面から学習する。現在の農業経営をめぐる現状とそれに対する経営行動等について基礎的な知識を習得するとともに、わが国の農業経営についての理解を深める。
This class aims 1) to learn the theory and practice of farm management and 2)to master the basic knowledge of innovative behavior of farm manager.

学習の到達目標/Goal of Study

日本における食料、農業、環境の実態をふまえ、持続可能な農業経営の発展についての基本概念や原理を体系的に理解する。
The aim of this class is to understand the basic theory and principle for development of susutainable farm management under the situation of agriculture, food and environment in Japan.
