授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

食品化学、栄養学、天然物生命化学、食品機能分析学、テラヘルツ食品工学、生命構造化学、分子情報化学、活性分子動態、生命素子機能に関する英語学術論文の講読。
The students read English research papers of Food and Bimolecular Science, Nutrition, Biophysical Chemistry, Biodynamic Chemistry, Terahertz Optical and Biological Engineering, Bimolecular Function, Bioorganic Chemistry, Analytical Bioorganic Chemistry, Biostructural Chemistry.

学習の到達目標/Goal of Study

各自が卒業論文に関連した英語論文を学習することにより、生命化学に関する英語学術論文の読解力を身につける。
Students develop the ability to read and understand English scientific paper of biological chemistry studying the English written papers related to their own thesis.

1-15　生命化学系各分野（食品化学、栄養学、天然物生命化学、食品機能分析学、テラヘルツ食品工学、生命構造化学、分子情報化学、活性分子動態、応用生命分子解析）において少人数による学術論文の輪読またはゼミを行う。

成績評価方法/Record and Evaluation Method

出席とレポート（小テストを含む）によって評価し、それぞれの評価割合は50％ずつである。
Evaluation is performed based on ①attendance, and ②reports (including short test). The weights of ① and ② are equal.

分野毎に指示する。
Textbooks will be noticed in each laboratory.
