授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

植物栄養学、植物細胞生化学、分子生物化学、酵素化学、生物有機化学、応用微生物学、真核微生物機能学に関する最新の英語論文を読み、内容を正しく理解し、研究に役立てることができる能力を身につける。
This course aims to improve the students' ability to read English scientific articles with accuracy and expand their vocabulary.

学習の到達目標/Goal of Study

生物化学コースを構成する各分野の研究に関係する英語論文の内容を正しく理解し、研究に役立てることができるために必要とされる読解力とそれを支える語彙力を身につけることを目標とする。
Students will develop basic reading skills and build a strong vocabulary crucial to well understand English scientific articles.

Evaluation is performed comprehensively based on class participation and presentation with discussion.
