To improve the reading comprehension skill of English papers and the expression ability by English in Applied Animal Sicence Course

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

動物の生殖、栄養、生理、遺伝、微生物、乳・食肉・鶏卵の化学、形態、動物環境システム、陸圏生態の中から１つを選び、それぞれの分野で出版された研究論文を読み、内容を正確に理解し、表現する。そのために英文の翻訳、英文による記述に比重をおく授業を行う。
To choose one research area, read the research papers,and understand the contents accurately in animal reproduction, nutrition, physiology, genetics, microbiology, animal products chemistry, morphology, animal health and management, and ecology and behavior, This course will conduct lessons focusing on translation and expression in English.

成績評価方法/Record and Evaluation Method

出席を含めた平常点(50%)と、課題の英文の翻訳レポート(50%)の提出によって判定する。
Record will be based upon the attendance (50%) and regular examination (50%).
