動物の健康保持、安定的生産と生産物の安全性を確保するための環境衛生および畜産衛生のあり方について理解を深める。
The object of this lecture is understanding environmental and animal sanitation to ensure animal health management, stable animal production, and product safety.
環境保全、地球温暖化、有機性資源循環、コンポスト、ラグーン、窒素・炭素循環、微生物機能、ウイルス、細菌、原虫、疫学、人獣共通感染症

畜産環境対策の技術と基本原理、家畜の衛生管理の生物学的・微生物学的基本原理、微生物の種類と感染症の特徴を理解し、動物生産と環境の関わりに関して科学的に考察できるようにする。
The students can understand the technology and basic principles of livestock environmental measures, the biological and microbiological fundamental principles of sanitary control of livestock, the types of microorganisms and the characteristics of infectious diseases. In addition, to give scientific consideration of the relationship between animal production and the environment.
