化合物の物性と分離、定性・定量分析
/Separation of substances based on their physical/chemical properties. Qualitative/quantitative analysis.
化合物の質及び量に関する情報を得ることは、生命現象を含む自然現象を化学的に理解する上で非常に重要である。この講義では、これらの情報を得るための定性・定量分析法に関して、試料の取り扱い，分析法の特徴とその選択，分離法，検出法，分析値の取り扱いについて概説する。実際に分析を行ううえで必要となる基本的な知識と考え方を修得させる。
/The aim of this course is to provide a foundation of the analytical process, and tools, and to illustrate with problems that bring realism to the practice and importance of analytical chemistry.
