アグリフードビジネスの特徴と現代社会
General features of agri-food business in the modern society
アグリフードビジネスとは、農産物供給という生産活動に関わって相互に関連している農業と農業関連産業、具体的には農畜産物の生産に関わる農業部門を中核として、その農業部門に生産資材を供給する種子、飼料、肥料、農薬、農機具などの諸部門、農業部門からの生産物を貯蔵・加工する部門、農畜産物・食品の販売にかかわる卸・小売業と外食産業、の諸部門から構成されている。
本講義ではそうした諸部門ならびに諸地域のアグリフードビジネスの特徴を具体的に検討することを目的とする。
Agri-food business consists of agriculture, agricultural inputs industries, food manufacturers, distributers of agricultural products and foods, food service industries, and other industries related to agriculture. Main objective of this class is to understand features of agri-food business.
