救急・急性期精神看護の対象である患者とその家族に必要な看護計画を科学的根拠
に基づき立案し、直接ケアを実施、評価、修正することで、ケアとキュアを融合した
高度な看護実践に役立つ知識とスキルを総合的に習得する。また、対象の精神および
身体状態の悪化予防、維持・改善のため、これまでに学んだ症状評価技法や各種理論
を用いたアセスメント方法、救急・急性期に特化した援助技術を看護計画に充分反映
させながら、高度な看護を実践する。その際、対象の人権を保障し意思決定ができる
よう支援する。
Students will accomplish comprehensive learning of knowledge and skills that contribute to advanced nursing practice integrating care and cure, through planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of direct nursing care plan based on scientific evidence and review, to provide necessary care for patients and families who are subject to psychiatric emergency and/or acute nursing care. Students will also reflect full learned skills of symptom evaluation and assessment approaches by applying multiple theories, and full learned support techniques which are specialized for emergency and/or acute care, to nursing care plan for deterioration prevention, maintenance, and improvement of the person’s physical and mental health condition. Then students will implement advanced nursing practice while protecting the person’s human rights and support for decision making.
これまでに学んだ学習内容や体験した実習を救急・急性期精神看護の場で発展させ、下記の1）～3）の目標を達成する。
1）救急・急性期精神看護の対象である保護室を使用する患者とその家族に対するアセスメントと必要な看護計画を諸理論を用いながら立案し、直接ケアを実施、評価できる。
2）興奮・攻撃性・自傷他害などの緊急事態に対して、既習の理論や評価技法を用いたアセスメントおよびリスクマネジメント、予防、援助技法を看護計画に盛り込み実施・評価できる。
3) 患者の行動制限や意思決定の状態をアセスメントし、派生している問題やリスク
に対して人権擁護の視点に基づきケアできる。
Achieve the three goals described below through the development of learned knowledge, skills, and experiences during the practice training in clinical practice at psychiatric emergency and/or acute nursing care.
1) Conduct assessment and planning of nursing care plan for patients and families who are sheltered in a seclusion room and subject to psychiatric emergency and/or acute nursing care; implement and evaluate the direct care provision.
2) Integrate learned theories and evaluation techniques to assessment, risk management, prevention, and support techniques into the nursing care plan for crisis intervention to agitation, aggression, self-harm or offence against others; implement and evaluate the plan.
3) Assess the level of behaviour restriction and decisional capacity, and provide advocacy-based care for co-occuring challenges and risk.
