授業の目的と概要／Object and Summary of Class

対象者の精神的問題や心身相互作用に起因する問題の治療に必要な精神療法などの専門治療技法を演習を通して習得する。
To learn, trough the practice sessions, specialized therapeutic techniques such as psychotherapy that is needed to treat challenges due to the person’s mental health problems or psycho-physiological interactions.

学修の到達目標／Goal of Study

1）精神療法等の専門治療技法を習得できる。
2）リラクセーションや自律訓練法などの心身相互作用に起因する問題に対する治療技法を習得する。
3）精神科作業療法や精神科デイケアについて説明し、ケアに活用できる。

1) Learn specialized therapeutic techniques such as psychotherapy.
2) Learn therapeutic techniques including relaxation and autogenic training that address challenges due to the person’s psycho-physiological interactions.
3) Explain and utilize psychiatric occupational therapy and daycare in clinical practice.
