Palliative Nursing I
MITSUNORI MIYASHITA
がん患者に対する緩和ケアの基礎理論について講義と演習を行う。がん患者に対する緩和ケアの理論とその活用を中心に、疼痛をはじめとした身体症状、精神症状、社会的問題、スピリチュアルな問題の緩和とその看護について探求する。さらに、緩和ケアにおける倫理的問題についても探究する。これらを通して、がん看護における様々な場面において理論を患者・家族への看護ケアに発展させるための方法を習得する。
In this course, students will understand basic knowledge of palliative nursing. This course cover nursing for pain, physical symptoms, psychiatric symptoms, social and spiritual problems, and ethical issues in the end-of-life care for cancer patients.
1) 緩和ケアの現状とわが国の緩和ケア看護学に関する医療システムを理解する。
2) がん患者の身体・精神症状についてその病態、治療、看護について探求し、
理論および患者のアセスメント から具体的な看護を展開する方法を習得する。
3) がん患者の社会的・スピリチュアルな問題についてそのアセスメント、看護について探求し、理論および患者のアセスメントから具体的な看護を展開する方法を習得する。
4) 緩和ケアにおける倫理的問題について探究し、倫理的問題へのアプローチの方法論を学ぶ。

2) To understand and acquire knowledge about nursing assessment and practice for pain, physical symptoms, psychiatric symptoms in the end-of-life care for cancer patients.
