Future design Thinking ～Silicon Valley's methodology～
希望する学部に入学し、大学のカリキュラムに沿って単位をとり、就活をして企業に就職する。そんなレールに沿った人生設計が可能な時代はもう終わりました。これからは自分が目指していた業種がなくなったり、新たな業種が生まれることが当たり前の、社会が急速に変化する時代です。
そのような時代の中で、自分の人生や、将来の自分の姿をどのようにデザインすれば良いのか？本講義では、大学・大学院を卒業した後の自分自身をデザインし、そこへ向かうためにこれからの大学生活で自分が取組むべきことを考え、行動する術（「未来デザイン思考」）を身に着けます。オンデマンド教材と対面でのグループディスカッションを中心に自分や同級生などの価値観や考え方について分析や共有を行ったり、社会に出た先達へのインタビュー等を通じて様々なキャリアにいる人々の現実を知るなかで、自分自身の未来像を描いていきます.
In an era where it is no longer possible to follow a predetermined path of entering the desired faculty, earning credits according to the university curriculum, and then finding employment through job hunting, society is rapidly changing. Industries that individuals aspire to may disappear, while new industries emerge as the norm.
In such a time, how should one design their own life and envision their future self? In this lecture, we will learn the art of "future design thinking," which involves designing our future selves after graduating from university or graduate school, considering what we need to do in our university life to move towards that vision, and taking action. Through on-demand materials and face-to-face group discussions, we will analyze and share our own values and perspectives, as well as those of our classmates. We will also learn about the realities of various careers through interviews with experienced professionals who have already entered the workforce. Through these experiences, we will be able to envision our own future.

２）自分自身の将来のビジョンについての様々な可能性を想像し，その中から現時点で望む未来像を具体的に描くことができる。
３）先達へのインタビューなどを通じて，自分の描く未来へと至る具体的な道筋を構想することができる。
1. Clarify your own needs, interests, and characteristics by analyzing your own past and present journy.
2. Imagine various possibilities for your own future vision, and from among these, to be able to concretely envision the future that you desire.
3. Envision a concrete mailstoon to the future that you envision through interviews with experts.
【授業の方法】
この講座は、①オンデマンド教材による事前学習（毎週３０分程度）、②対面授業でのグループワーク・ディスカッションの形式で行います。対面授業は①の内容を視聴したことを前提としたインタラクティブな議論を中心に行います。オンデマンド教材の視聴方法については、初回のオリエンテーション時に説明します。
【進度予定】
１）オリエンテーション（未来デザイン思考とは？）
２）自分の現在地を認識しよう（「今」の自分が持つ価値観とは？何に興味をもっているのか？）
３）過去を見つめよう（現在地まで，自分はどのようにしてやってきたのか？）
４）未来を想像しよう（過去・現在をもとに，未来の自分”達”を想像する）
５）未来を疑似体験しよう（公務員、研究者、起業家等へのインタビューなどを通じて，思い描いた未来やそこへと至る道を具体的に構想する）
６）未来を選択する（最終的に，「今の自分」が理想と考える一つの未来を選択する）
【Teaching Method】
This course is conducted in the format of ①pre-learning through on-demand materials (approximately 30 minutes per week) and ②group work and discussions in face-to-face classes. Face-to-face classes primarily focus on interactive discussions based on the content of ①. The method of accessing on-demand materials will be explained during the initial orientation.

1. Orientation (What is Future Design Thinking?)
2. Recognizing your current position (What values does your "now" self hold? What are you interested in?)
3. Reflecting on the past (How have you come to your current position?)
4. Imagining the future (Imagining your future self/ves based on the past and present)
5. Experiencing the future virtually (Through interviews with civil servants, researchers, entrepreneurs, etc., concretely envisioning the imagined future and the path leading to it)
6. Choosing the future (Ultimately, selecting one future that the "current self" considers ideal)
以下の項目をもとに総合的に評価します。
・授業への参加状況（毎回の講義の最後に振返りレポートを提出）
・最終発表（７月末の最終回で自分自身の未来デザインプランを発表）
・最終レポート（最終発表後に、講座でどんな学びがあったのかについての最終レポートを提出）
Based on the following criteria, we will evaluate comprehensively:
- Attendance to classes (submitting reflection reports after each lecture)
- Final presentation (presenting our own future design plan at the end of July)
- Final report (submitting a final report on what we have learned in the course after the final presentation)

講義時間内に紹介するフレームワークに沿って，自分の過去や現状に関する分析や，未来を構想するための調査やインタビューに取り組んでもらいます。
The students will be asked to analyze their past and current behaiver and activities, conduct surveys and interviews to envision their future according to the framework that will be introduced during the lecture.
